Governance Overview
There are three nonprofit entities that work to ensure the Mueller vision thrives for years to come: Mueller Master Association (property owners association or POA for short), Mixed-use Sub-association (residential sub-association) and EC/TC Sub-association (commercial sub-association).
Your onsite Community Life team — part of Cohere, your community’s management company — works closely with the association boards of directors and residents to help make your community a thriving, vibrant, and welcoming place to call home.
Mueller Master Association
The master association (aka property owners association) is the main governing entity responsible for upholding Mueller’s unique vision and character.
Sub-associations
Residential
The residential sub-association — known as the Mixed-use Sub-association in Mueller — is responsible for advising the POA board on resident interests in Mueller.
Commercial
The commercial sub-association — known as the EC/TC Sub-association in Mueller — is responsible for advising the POA board on commercial property interests in Mueller.
