The perfect setting

Branch Park Pavilion is your perfect venue for a variety of events — social and corporate events, weddings, conferences, markets, trade shows, and more. Conveniently located in the thriving Mueller community in Austin, TX, the venue features open space with plentiful natural lighting.

The 19,000 square foot building is fully ventilated with floor-to-ceiling windows. Roll-up glass doors allow the space to be used as an open-air venue or a climate controlled space. Its blank canvas can be tailored to fit any size, style, or theme you can imagine.

Venue details

Parking

Valet parking is encouraged. Arrangements can be made for client to pay for parking on behalf of their guests.

Metered parking is available on surrounding streets and multiple public parking garages are located nearby. All paid parking is currently $2/hour. Check meter signs for free parking times and days.

Rentals and vendors

The Branch Park Pavilion does not include equipment rentals. Tables, chairs, AV and sound equipment, décor, and other needs will need to be provided by the client and approved prior to contract signing.

Catering

The Pavilion does not have required vendors for rentals or catering and is not a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) licensed venue.

All alcohol must be provided by a licensed vendor and served by TABC-certified bartender. For more information, reference the Austin Public Health and TABC on events.

Decorations

All decorations, promotional materials, supplies, rental equipment, etc. must be pre-approved in writing (including installation plans) and removed immediately following your event.

Event insurance

Branch Park Pavilion requires the client provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets the minimum requirements below, no less than (30) days prior to the event date.

Utilities

The Pavilion has accessible power throughout the
building. Water can be accessed in the kitchen and restrooms.

WiFi connectivity is included in your rental and is sufficient for email, light social media use and web browsing throughout the venue.

The venue includes basic overhead lighting on dimmers.

Event capacity

Capacity is unique for each event, dependent upon event design and layout. Event site maps will be required to help determine capacity. 

FAQs

Alcohol can be sold if provided by a licensed vendor. If the alcohol is donated, it cannot be sold.

Yes, you can utilize the concrete drive between the pavilion and the park. This space is perfect for:

  • Lounge seating
  • Food and beverage
  • Food trucks
  • Decorations, signs, banners
  • Valet parking

It's accessible for loading/unloading and valet parking from Philomena Street and Garcia Street.

Decorations or draping that could disrupt the sprinklers are not allowed. Streamers can be installed along the top using magnets on the HVAC ducts.

Consider using Command hooks for hanging decorations to avoid damage.

Yes, the bay doors can easily be open or closed for your event.

It's important to note that the AC or heat will automatically turn off when the bay doors are opened.
