Any exterior modification to an existing residence within Mueller, including the installation of a pool, patio cover, front/side/rear landscaping, ramada, gazebo, or any other physical alteration to the appearance of a house or yard, must be approved in advance by the Modifications Committee. In order to minimize redesign efforts, application for additions, modifications or other improvements should be reviewed and approved by the Modification Committee prior to any submission to the proper city/county agencies for permits.

Applications should be submitted with attachments detailing the intended modification. In order for an application to be reviewed by the Modifications Committee, a picture of the home must be provided.

There is a $25 nonrefundable fee for all design review requests, due at the time of submission. For projects with an estimated cost of $1000 or more, a $100 refundable deposit is due when your application is approved. Staff will connect with you if a deposit is required.
