Before you begin any exterior modification (architectural, paint, etc.), you must obtain approval from the Modifications Committee, even if your modifications are congruent with Mueller design standards. Meeting agenda to be posted closer to the meeting date.

The Landscape Committee supports and enhances Mueller’s natural common spaces by providing maintenance and policy recommendations and engaging the community in education and enrichment activities. Meeting agenda to be posted  closer to the meeting date.

The Pool Committee plays a crucial role in managing the pool budget, monitoring pool performance, identifying maintenance or improvement needs, reviewing and revising rules, and helping to find vendors to provide additional services. Agenda to be posted closer to the meeting date.

An operational meeting will be held at Mueller Central, during which up to four members of the Mixed-Use or Master Board may be present. Please note that this gathering is not intended for board business or decision-making purposes, and does not constitute an official meeting that requires a quorum.

The Mueller Stroller Club was founded in February of 2025 with the purpose of fostering a sense of community amongst parents of young children in Mueller through weekly walks around the neighborhood. The group meets weekly on Wednesdays at 8 a.m. near the benches at John Gaines Park.

The garden committee is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various aspects of a garden, including plot and structure maintenance, community involvement, and resource management to ensure it remains a well-maintained, productive, and aesthetically pleasing space for all users.
