Ready to reserve a space?
Mueller’s parks and spaces are used to host causal meetups to 5K races and everything in between. The booking process ensures fair access and the best use of Mueller’s shared community spaces. Once you’ve reviewed the FAQs (scroll down to view) and selected a venue, you’re ready to begin.
Planning ahead is key, especially for larger events. Here’s how the process works and what to expect.

- Submit a request form. This is the best way to reach us, check availability, and get your questions answered, even if you’re in the early planning stages.

Event venue FAQs
How can I check availability of a venue?
You'll need to submit a request form to check if a venue is available. We cannot confirm by phone or email availability of any venue until a completed request form is submitted.
How long does the approval process take?
Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis and typically take up to two weeks. Larger events (more than 50 attendees) must be submitted at least 180 days in advance.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on the event and location. Small events (25-50 guests) typically require a $25 usage fee. Larger or complex events may cost up to $5,000. Nonprofits may be eligible for discounts.
Can I speak with someone about my event first?
Please complete the request form with your details. A Mueller Community Life team member will contact you. If needed, they can arrange a phone call after reviewing your request.
What's the process for fitness and sports groups?
Fitness and sports groups (max 50 people) must submit an event request with a practice schedule. Proof of insurance is required. Approved uses are limited and subject to park availability. Fees start at $10/hour.
What if I have less than 25 attendees?
If you're having less than 25 attendees at your event, you don't need a reservation. Please note, small groups may not bring bounce houses, tents, amplified sound, vendors, or large setups. Tabletop decorations are fine.
